Faculty of Medicine of Indonesia (Faculty of medicine) is the oldest and best Medical School in Indonesia. By continuing to follow the development era and the era of rapid globalization in the field of medical technology, the faculty of medicine since 2000 in collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences, University of Melbourne has launched the International Classroom Program, and in 2008 expanded its cooperation with the Faculty of medicine Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences, Monash University.

International Class Program is designed to develop professional action and use the curriculum of international standards. Conditions in teaching and learning activities to make students develop their learning and explore ways through various sources of academic ability to increase capacity in the field of medical science.

Faculty of medicine will produce doctors who can compete with graduates from other countries and competent international standard.

Education Description:
First Semester:
General Education and Basic Sciences Medical Education

Semester II - VI:
Basic Medical Education integrated with the Basic Clinical Skills

Semester VII-VIII:
Research activity: Laboratories, health centers, hospitals, the study of literature and databases
(Performed in Australia, Monas University or Melbourne University)

Semester IX-XII:
Practice in Clinical and Public Health with a choice of courses and Elective posts.


Certification:
1. Bachelor of Medical Science (Monash or Melbourne University)
2. Bachelor of Medicine (University of Indonesia)
3. Doctor (University of Indonesia)

General Provisions:
- High School Graduates
- High School Graduates both from Indonesia as well as from domestic or foreign international schools with a diploma that is recognized by the Ministry of Education of Indonesia.
